Gulmit is the headquarters and probably the most visited place in the whole of Hunza Valley. Gulmit is the most popular village nestled in the hearts of Hunza Valley and poses the gateway to the five more valley such as Chapurson valley ,Shimshal valley ,Boibar valley. Misgar valley and Khunjerab valley. Some stoutly standing peak such as the shisper peak 7611 meters and the majestic gulmit tower 5810 meters. The mount tupopdan or the passu cones 6106 meters is the most elegant mountain.
